these guys did an excellent job on getting me on the road in less than 5 hours I was on the road again.Had an electrical issue and when coming to shop had a air leak under the truck..everyone was friendly specially the technician that was waiting outside at the gate with me before they opened on a snowy day..

Truck blew up on Friday before Christmas and wasn’t gonna rebuild it a 2nd time. (Last platinum rebuild lasted 250k miles) Niles the salesman was outstanding and got me into a new truck ready to roll by the following Monday. He jumped all over everyone to expedite the financing and sale of this truck for me because I was still under a load. I can’t say enough good things about Niles and my experience here. 2nd truck purchased through MHC and definitely will buy more from Niles. 100% would recommend and buy again. Thanks to the amazing team here and MHC Durham.

Well I had the misfortune to need the services of MHC Durham. Lol My truck blew a head gasket and hydro locked… so I wasn’t going nowhere! At MHC we were able to arrange the fix and make arrangements in the area to keep rolling with a lease truck while the repair was being done. Zadok and John in service were able to plan, prep and complete my repair in a reasonable time frame that was acceptable to my wife and I. The final $$ number was less than the estimate and we liked this too! We have now been on the road for a couple of weeks and have found the work that was done to satisfy our expectations and more! Many thanks to the tech and others that got the job done for us!! We should probably get out more, but that truck is our life and you guys did us a solid!! Thank you all!! Russ and Jess

Kristin was great at getting us in promptly for a celebration. Mechanics were quick at finding and fixing our issue. Great job guys
