I've been going here for years and always had a great experience with knowledgable mechanics and Greg at the front desk goes the extra mile. On an expensive repair he worked to explain everything clearly and find me discounts for the best automotive products. I learned an important lesson to not go anywhere else for service and am happy to have the work done so quickly and have my car back. And across the parking lot is an Enterprise rental car place so I was able to get home/back and not be stranded when my car died. Most grateful and can't rate them high enough.

Thanks to Greg for clearly explaining what happened with my vehicle. He walked me through the issue in detail — the flex pipe was broken and the exhaust leak was fully reinforced and fixed. Really appreciate the transparency and professionalism. Fully satisfied with the service at Midas 👍

I had such a great experience with Greg & the team here at Midas in Bothell! When I first brought my car in that needed new wheel bearings Greg was very kind & polite, but also but also straight forward about nessesary repairs, as well as pricing & what he was able to do to work with my budget. I appreciate his honesty & that he wanted to keep my car running safely as the #1 priority instead of just charging me left & right like some places seem to do. I ended up bringing my car back for new tires & a winter tune up & Greg & the team truly go above & beyond with their service! Highly recommend.

While I cannot comment on the work they provide as I have yet to have any work done. I'd like to give major props to Greg who really helped me out by getting a quote out same day for a much-needed diagnostic after the shop across the street returned my car damaged after doing their own inspection.

I’ve brought my car into Midas twice now, and have had excellent service both times. Completely unsure of what was wrong with my car, the team at Midas was very quick and friendly towards me and I am very satisfied with the services I have been provided. Greg was incredibly helpful and accommodating and made me feel like my car was in good hands. I was able to get my car into the shop the next day after I called, and any work done they were able to start immediately. If I ever need car help in the future, I will certainly come back to Midas.
