He was honest, straightforward, and took the time to clearly explain the exhaust issues with my car. I really appreciate how upfront he was about the repairs that were needed. Every question was answered thoroughly, and I felt valued as a customer. This is customer service done right, and I would highly recommend them to anyone. This Midas location is a model of honesty. I came here for a second opinion after receiving a shocking quote from another garage for a repair costing half the value of my car. I called this Midas and asked if they could potentially weld a part I was told needed a full replacement. ​Amanda answered the phone, was fantastic and helpful, and scheduled an inspection. ​On the day of the appointment, I arrived almost an hour late (entirely my fault) to a very busy shop. Despite this, I was welcomed with incredible patience. ​Here’s the best part: Once they got my car on the lift, they performed a thorough inspection and told me the truth. Best auto store ever! I came here today for my state inspection, and they handled everything quickly and efficiently. They also replaced my windshield wipers with the best they have at an incredibly reasonable price. They also showed me a detailed report with photos and descriptions of everything they checked. It was so thorough. I’ll definitely be coming back here for all my future auto needs. Highly recommended!
