Follow up to this review 3 months later: went to Prompto next door for my oil change and Stephan was no longer there! Turns out he upgraded to this Midas. Went there for another tire rotation and Stephan was in the lobby as one of the managers. These guys took great care of me on the spot again and let me know I overpaid for wipers at Prompto and could take care of my oil change + tire rotation next time. The kids at Prompto almost forgot to put my new wipers on and didn’t know how to access the air filter in my car. Gone a bit downhill there. I recommend Midas for the great, personable crew and service - will use them for my oil change next time around. Midas got a good one with the addition of Stephan! Thanks guys. I called to get an appointment to fix the brake line leak that I discovered on the weekend. They got me in the next morning and got the whole thing done that day. The staff and crew are all really courteous, friendly and very helpful. I'm really glad to have them to call on - I think they're great and so is their work. I highly recommend the Ellsworth MIDAS!!!!

I drive a 2021 crosstrek sport that has been modified with a lift, I brought my car in a few weeks ago because I heard some clunking noises in the rear end. I drive truck for a living and work with a lot of heavy duty diesel trucks. I have a fair amount of knowledge turning wrench but I will say I know just enough to be dangerous, definitely not a master mechanic. I have been over and under this car and could not find where the noise was coming from. Mark was able to diagnose the issue and get me out of there within an hour. Because of that experience I will definitely come back whenever I have issues with my Subaru. 100% recommend this place!

Excellent place to go for car issues. They got me in the next day, worked hard to determine the cause of the issue, and fixed it in a very reasonable amount of time. The staff were friendly and took the time to discuss issues with me.

The efficiency and reliability that this Midas has to offer is unmatched. I have taken every vehicle I’ve owned to this location and refuse to see any other shop! Lucas goes above and beyond with his customer service, the mechanics will always excel in all repairs, and the anxiety surrounding vehicle work vanishes when you step through the door.
