VIP Tires & Service

I had a staple in my back right tire today almost four hours from home… without an appointment. Everyone was phenomenal and willing to help me with my new tire purchase and inspection of my installation. The service was amazing and the team got me back on the road in only a few hours. They ALL made a stressful situation tolerable and I’m so very grateful for the service and support.

Thanks very much for the oil/filter and tire services you did for my Ford Escape yesterday. Special thanks to Dan and Ryan for diagnosing and patiently helping me make a plan for the upcoming work needed to keep my aging vehicle running safely. When you take and have your vehicle towed to VIP on a Sunday and they tell you that they’re gonna get it back to you by Tuesday and then they don’t cross reference your VIN number with Nissan so they get the wrong part and then they promise you it’s gonna be done by Thursday, after I had to call a different Nissan dealership myself and outsource our own part and then you call and they tell you that it’s not gonna be done until late this evening and we won’t get our car back until Friday morning which means our car has been there for a 6 days!! To be honest, if I could give no stars, I would!! I understand that when you run a shop you do have set appointments but when you’ve already torn the car apart and you got the part in on this Thursday morning at 10:30 am and you’re telling me now I w

I had front end work done and expecting $2-3,000 of work and my truck being at VIP all day. I dropped it off early on 5/27/2025, 1/2 hour early for my 10:00am appointment. I handed them the keys and they took it right in. It was only several hours later i got a call stating that it was ready for pickup! Apparently, the rack and pinion was fine and did not need to be replaced. But the other work was completed. Now, my truck, which is a 2009 Ford Ranger XLT rides like a new truck and the steering, and the front end movement is very tight and responsive. I have to say that when I brought my truck in for new tires and they told me about all this work that needed to be done. I was skeptical, and wondered if it's just work that needed to be done, but just not immediately, but I was too quick

Went in to have my car diagnosed. Unfortunately they weren't able to help me with full troubleshooting but lead me in the right direction. Ryan at the front deak....I'm assuming management position, was very helpful and and informative. He didn't charge me for the service because they were unable to fully diagnose my issue.
