I showed up unexpectedly I was greeted by a wonderful receptionist we discussed my needs of oil change and estimate for front brakes out of nowhere another Gentleman was able to do both within my budget I couldn’t believe it just amazing thank you so much TEAM MIDAS IN GLENWOOD FOR LIFE !!
Rachel is extremely helpful and knowledgeable, her and Cullen helped me get the right tires that fit my needs and both were very friendly. Shop staff was great and got my car in and out in no time! 10/10 would recommend and I will be returning again!
Went in to get the oil changed. Was greeted warmly and just like I was being welcomed by old friends. Cullen always stops to listen and put my concerns at ease when I have questions or concerns. The young lady Rachel, is always bright and cheerful and helps as much as she is able as well. I always feel like I’m in the best care when I come here to have a service or need a tire repaired.
received a full synthetic oil change and by the time I drove to Carbondale my car was leaking oil… came back the next morning and they took it right in, replaced a broken seal, performed another oil change and got me back on the road. They have a clean lobby, nice bathroom, free coffee, and nice responsive customer service with a smile.
Rachel, Wyatt and the rest of the team are very helpful, trustworthy and fixed my car really fast. I can confidently recommend their service!
