The service at the Midas in Highland Park is exceptional. Chris is incredibly knowledgeable, passionate, and truly understands customer needs. He’s honest and trustworthy. I came in worried about an issue with my tire, and they got me in right away, looked it over, and gave me peace of mind—especially with the cold Chicago weather. I’m grateful for the quick, reliable service and won’t hesitate to return!

If I could leave 10 stars, I would! I just had the most amazing experience at your location. Unfortunately, after leaving work, I got a flat tire and immediately pulled into MIDAS. I was met with such professionalism and kindness. Not only did Nebo take a look at my tire immediately, he was able to determine that I needed a brand new tire placed on my car. The tire was not in stock at your location and Nebo immediately offered to drive to a different location to pick up the tire I needed and came back. I was in and out in about an hour and 20 minutes. The service was fantastic, the guys were so kind to me and offered me coffee, provided me with a phone charger so that I could charge my phone. I just cannot say enough. I will never use anyone other than MIDAS at this location. THANK YOU!

The guys at Midas are amazing! They were very courteous, informative, gave me lots helpful information on how to keep my car running great for the future. I definitely would recommend this location in Highland Park, Illinois. 10 stars for sure! Mevo is fantastic and is great to work with!
