NAPA Auto Parts - Highland Park

Charlie was very professional and answered all my questions in a timely manner. I was very impressed with how helpful he was and went out his way to make sure I had the correct battery for my car. Give Charlie a raise!!

This is my goto store for auto parts. I drop one star because they do not seem to do as they used to and help you find a part when they don't carry it. Also, previous owner installed the windshield wipers and battery when purchased there. Does not seem to be that way any longer. Other auto stores in the area still do both

Bought a gas cap. The guy that sold it to me came off quite rude. Asking me questions I didnt know, car was outside asked multiple times if he wanted to take a quick look. He did not want to get off his seat until the younger guy said, why dont you just go out there. Hesitantly he did. I'll buy my parts somewhere else.

If you need auto parts this is the place. Very much a neighborhood place. Almost like asking your next door neighbor for something. Knowledgeable staff can help with any questions you have.

The only place to get Auto Parts in my book. Guys behind the counter are very knowledgeable and had all my parts I needed thank you
