Absolutely PHENOMENAL repair work done to my vehicle at the Ultimate Paint Shop II in Highland Park. Aly and her team went above and beyond, not only with the repair work done to my vehicle, but with the customer service provided as well. Aly and her team made this experience as smooth as it could’ve been. Fast, responsive, and very attentive all while providing quality work!

I definitely recommend Ultimate Paint Shop II for auto body repairs, particularly for State Farm customers with a Tesla. They are a State Farm preferred vendor certified for Teslas. It was really easy to make a claim with State Farm, select Ultimate Paint Shop, and move ahead with the repair. They were a step ahead on every part of the process - scheduling an appointment for an estimate, submitting the estimate to State Farm and getting the repair approved. Also they kept me informed about everything along the way and the work was performed flawlessly.

Ultimate did a great job repairing my Rivian. Was comforting to see that they're a factory certified body shop and they had plenty of other high end cars there. Andy was terrific and had the car done on time and factory new when I picked it up. Highly reccomend them

The best repair and paint team in town! Even though my car isn’t as high-end as a lot of the cars they deal with, JR and his team treated me with the utmost friendliness and professionalism. I had some paint peeling on my roof and the spot was starting to rust. JR in particular took the time to look over my car and explain in detail what needed to be done and how they were going to do it. I felt very comfortable with them and they did a perfect job! A friend of mine recommended this place to get a new paint job on my vehicle. Set up an appointment and met with a gentleman by the name of JR. Told me after looking at my car that I will receive an email later that day. Didn’t receive the email so I called the next day to confirm the email. It was confirmed that I left the correct email and was told that he will resend the email. I allowed a few days to go bye and when I still didn’t receive anything so I called JR and got a voicemail which I asked if he can please call me back. No call back. It has now been over a week and still no one has reached out to me. Bad business in my opinion. They never even called after the second time to confirm is I received it.
