Ruben & John Auto Body Repair

This place is great. I was comparing auto body shops before I got my work done and somehow called a repair shop rather than a body shop. I was so distraught over the high prices at the other four (Gerber was by far the worst/highest by far! Corporate body shops am I right?) that I thought to ask the guy if he would recommend anyone. Without a pause he came back with Ruben and John's. He said they were fair and trustworthy, and in my book that is all you need in an industry where you can't be sure if you're being ripped off and everything is expensive. Scheduling was easy. They were straightforward and helpful, answering all my questions and their quote was the lowest by far. Had my dad's corvett painted here and it was the worst paint job I have seen from a shop. Runs and pit marks everywhere. We took it back and they said they fixed it but it still looks horrible. Had a conversation with the owner but just excused from him. I will be getting an estimate elsewhere and filling a small claims suit.

Super nice guys and really good work! Another shop quoted me a week just to get a part. Ruben and John got the part, painted it to match, and installed it in two days. I'll be keeping them on speed dial for the next time I do something daft with the car.
