Amazing experience and outstanding service from start to finish! From my initial phone call with KR who kindly answered all of my questions, to Scott who was courteous and super knowledgeable, and the service staff who efficiently fixed my tire...I give the Midas Team 5 stars! They quickly removed a nail from my tire and had me back on the road in no time. I highly recommend Midas to anyone wanting excellent service!

From the moment I walked in, the Kenneth Brock treated me with so much aloha—welcoming, patient, and accommodating willing to explain every step of the service in clear, honest terms for my four tires and front brakes. He never made me feel rushed or pressured, and I left with full confidence in the work they performed. What really stands out to me is how well Kenneth takes care of his team. You can see the respect and camaraderie in the way they communicate—he checks in with his employees, supports them, and creates a calm, professional environment even when things get busy, but more importantly he keeps them in a safe working environment. I’ve taken my car to Midas a few times and they have always been efficient, honest, and communicative. If something can be fixed but it’s not necessary or urgent, they are honest about their recommendation and don’t pressure you into unnecessary repairs. I had to bring my car in for something I had been ignoring and was concerned about (oops), they got me in that same day, and within 20 minutes of arriving, let me know what was going on with my car and explained that it wasn’t anything urgent to fix. A relief! A big shoutout to K.R. And his team for getting my car on the lift so quickly. I’ll be coming back for future car repairs and will be recommending Midas to others!
