Midas

I’ve been here multiple times, the technicians always get the work done quickly and correctly. But I honestly want to shoutout Jesse. He’s always stand up and has a great attitude and is willing to talk to you and answer any questions. It’s people like him that make getting your car serviced a pleasant experience. Even when I could’ve chosen to have my car towed to the Midas in Albany (which I was right down the street from) I still sent it to Midas Latham. Such a great team.

I needed to find a garage closer to home and work for my cars annual maintenance, stopped into the Midas here in lathem and it's going to be my new place. The techs were great they explained everything I needed and had the job done super quick. There prices were better then reasonable especially with all the deals and plans they offer. Definitely coming back!

I go to the Latham Midas. I am extremely pleased with the service and the staff. They are competent and extremely responsive to me as the customer. In addition, they are trustworthy / have integrity. After I had some work done where the wheels needed to be removed, the next day a hub cap was missing. I called up the office, they did not give me a hard time, they ordered me a new hub cap and replaced it. I highly recommend the Latham Midas!

I spoke with Jesse over the phone about my concerns. I was able to bring my car up right away to have it diagnosed. My part will be ordered and I will have my car back ASAP. He's a very nice guy, easy to talk to and took care of what I needed for my vehicle which I appreciated very much!

I needed my windshield wiper fluid filled, and I have never done it. My husband who is now deceased always took care of it. I have pretty bad arthritis in my hands and so I was really concerned about trying to open the hood Etc. So I called Midas over in Latham on Troy Schenectady Road to see if they could do it. I spoke with james, who said yes come on over and we'll take care of it for you. Just pull up in front of the bench in front of the store he said. So I did. And out came James with a jug of windshield wiper fluid, open my hood filled the fluid, shook my hand said have a nice day. When I asked how much I owed him, he said nothing just come back. Talk about customer service! I would definitely come back.
