worked with them to fix my cars alignment (which was very badly needed) and the front desk helped to work around my schedule to fix it. Very timely service with great mechanics. very willing to work with whatever issues you may have with your vehicle. greatly appreciative of my time there, not to mention the amazing fact that they do not subscribe to the automated phone service pandemic that plagues the businesses of today

I’d had previous great interactions at this Midas with Randall, who was immensely helpful. I’ve continued with the Rice Road location even since. This visit I spoke with JP and Mitch, who both had very positive attitudes and a wealth of knowledge about their industry. They helped me get my car in working order, and set up a future schedule to make sure it stays in good shape! Thank you!

Had the most accommodating and delightful time at this location recently. Mitch and JP were tons of help getting me in and set up with a car inspection as soon as they could with all of their work instead of making me wait a week or more like other places. Very kind and helpful people and will return just for that reason alone!

I went in for a routine oil change and waited while my car was being serviced. JP, one of the assistant managers, made the experience genuinely enjoyable. He was kind, professional, kept the place clean, and was an excellent conversationalist. I even struck up a conversation with another customer, made a business connection, and my check engine light is no longer on, so I’ll definitely be back!
