I’ve been a loyal customer for two years and continue to be impressed by the excellent customer service and level of care. The staff is personable, attentive, and makes every interaction feel personal. Quality care all around.

I scheduled an oil change at the Midas on Lombard, and they were absolutely amazing. They had an oil change promotion available and were able to get everything done within my lunch hour. The staff were extremely professional and friendly, and the environment was clean and welcoming. I will definitely be going back again.

I was planning to take my car to Midas for oil change and new battery. Their website suggests entering all details and making and appointment which they will confirm within 1/2 hour. I took the time to enter all my car details and my contact info. Get back an email saying I would hear from them in 1/2 hour. 2 days later I have not heard from them. I had the work done today at Jiffy lube and was very pleased. Maybe Midas does a good job but instinct tells me to be cautious about a business that ignores its own website.

Visiting here for my car repair oil change. Free check engine light and some other repair. Very good service. They are prompt and COURTEOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE. They did a great job and leaving happy. Spent less than what I came to spend. They told me I don’t need what I thought I needed. It’s plain honest service. Hats off for them. Thank you.
