Midas

So glad I brought my car to this Midas. I went to several shops over the past few months. This is the only shop that thoroughly looked over my car and told me what was wrong with it. Excellent customer service and very polite personalities made me feel welcome the entire time.

Excellent service at a very fair price. I got two new tires and they were done in an hour. Roy was very friendly and I felt valued as a customer. I will be returning for all future maintenance needs. Thanks again!

After getting lousy service from Uncle Ed's in Clawson, Valvoline in Royal Oak, and WalMart (barf!) in Sterling Heights, it was a joy to give MIDAS on 12 Mile Rd. a try. Clean facility, friendly counter-clerk/technician, and patient mechanic. Price was MUCH lower than most and they use a superior synthetic oil. My 2008 Saturn VUE won't know the difference -- this is probably her last oil change 🥲 -- but I sure did.

From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable and honest. They took the time to explain what was going on with my vehicle and gave me a fair estimate before doing any work. It’s hard to find a trustworthy mechanic these days, but I’ve definitely found mine. Highly recommend to anyone needing reliable auto repairs or maintenance!

Despite some recent, and all be it false, bad reviews this is my favorite shop. The workers are friendly, and go above and beyond to explain what work needs to be done now and what can be done at my next visit. Prices are competitive, and Dakota will do his best to give you the best price possible. The technician in back, Joe, gets the work done as quickly as possible and right the first time. When it comes to a break down or a simple oil change, Midas is where I go. And I say you should go there as well.
