Ian and Lisa were super knowledgeable and friendly! They have great customer service and communication skills while still having a solid working knowledge of the systems and parts of, and services for, a car. They gave me all the discounts they could, and gave plenty of different plans to pay for my repairs – especially since it was super expensive cause it was major. And they weren't threatened or upset when I wanted to go get a second opinion from another shop! Big green flag. I gave only 4 stars (I couldn't do 4.5) because sadly it wasn't feasible to talk to the technician himself since they were quite busy. But that didn't stop them from shouting to them to get my questions answered they weren't totally sure of! Which did help both alleviate my worry and gave me some peace of mind. How

I had such a great experience here, and I truly have to highlight Lisa at the front desk. She was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She was welcoming, patient, and explained everything clearly during what was already a stressful situation for me. Car shopping can be overwhelming, especially when you’re trying to make a smart decision, and Lisa made the whole process feel calm and organized. She was kind, professional, and genuinely helpful — not just doing her job, but going above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable. It’s rare to come across someone who makes you feel heard and supported, and she definitely did. If you go here, ask for Lisa she’s the best!

I was in an emergency and needed new brakes and rotors right away. The dealer gave me a high quote so I called Midas and Lisa was an excellent help. She gave me a great quote and was able to get me in right away. I will definitely be back. Highly recommend this place!

The best customer service experienced in sometime by Lisa in front and the tech. James who was also very efficient and effective. Service was quick and timely as I sat and watched Lisa handle every customer equally and in a prompt manner. James explained what he did and made sure he went over everything with me answering all my questions in the most simplistic way for me to understand stand! The midas located at Stratford are so reliable and informative. I was so happy with their services. Love how friendly they are and always willing to explain things that may be unfamiliar to the customers to the point where the customer feels comfortable to leave their vehicles. I’ve been to this location several times and always look forward to bringing all my vehicles here. Don’t hesitate to bring your vehicle or vehicles here if you are looking forward good quality services with reliable individuals. I highly recommend them.
