Absolutely amazing service! From the moment I walked in, the manager and staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. As a young adult who doesn’t know much about cars, I really appreciated how honest and straightforward they were—I never once felt pressured, overcharged, or taken advantage of. I came in with a cracked coolant hose, and once the part arrived, they had it fixed within an hour. Other than the short wait for the part, everything was quick and easy. Payment was simple, and the payment arrangements were very convenient, which I really appreciated. They even had complimentary water, juice, and popcorn, which was such a nice touch. They went above and beyond by staying open late instead of rescheduling while we waited for the part. 10/10 would recommend. The manager was great

Came in for an oil change and a broken bolt on the EVAP canister. Was informed I would need 4k worth of repairs. Fine. If it makes the car safer that’s fine. EXCEPT every “repair” they performed was inadequate and caused my car to fail on an active roadway. They replaced the CV axle but failed to set the cotter pins on both driver and passenger side, resulting in loss of steering power and control. The shocks they put in were still wrapped in plastic packaging and had severe fluid build up. Had I been on a highway when their faulty repairs came undone I would be dead. They took my fairly safe car and made it a ticking time bomb that under different circumstances could have caused physical injury and death to myself and anyone that had the misfortune to be around Midas’s automotive disast

Edit: Came back and Clayton got me taken care of and made it right. Also gave me a coupon for a free oil change for having to come back for repairs. Appreciate these guys for getting everything corrected.

The staff at Midas were wonderful and went above and beyond to ensure my car was safe to drive and took care of me while waiting in the lobby. The mechanic working on my car showed me in person everything that was wrong and put my mind at ease. They have popcorn ready and on hand. The difference varieties of cold drinks. I will definitely be coming back in the future and will be recommending to all my families and friends!

I had a positive experience with Steve who happened to be covering the front. Huge difference with the alignment done!! My car is very happy. They even did a drive check afterwards for me and ensured a better deal if I call them directly. the customer ahead of me gave me positive feedback on this specific shop as well. Keep up the amazing work. I will be back.
