I had an outstanding experience at the Torrington Midas! They handled my valve cover gasket, oil pan gasket, oil change, and spark plugs, and the results were top-notch. What really set them apart was how they went above and beyond to work with my warranty company to ensure the work was covered. The staff is incredibly friendly, caring, and trustworthy. They took the time to explain every detail of the repair and emphasized the quality of their work by discussing the initial and ongoing training their technicians receive. It’s clear this company invests in its people. When you take care of your employees, they take care of your customers—and it absolutely shows at this location. Highly recommended!

The guys at Midas are great!! Jay at the front desk was amazing very friendly informative and understanding of my situation with the warranty company and Larry was awesome he explained everything in to details for me and help me understood what was going on with my car they are all super friendly and helpful I've been coming here for 5 years with my other suburban now I'm bringing my new suburban to them and I'll keep coming back to this specific Midas. Thank you so much Jay and Larry you all are great!!! Oh and there prices were great!!!

I brought my Honda in because the brakes were grinding. I was impressed on how the issue was shown to me in detail on their computer. They replaced the front brakes, rotors and a caliper in one hour. The service here is great and I definately will be coming back for any service needed.

The manager Jason Gaudet was great. He dealt with my miserable car situation close to closing time. I was able to leave with my car situation resolved and a feeling of great relief as I drove away safely and in peace. Jason and the auto mechanic who worked on my car deserve recognition. Thanks guys.
