I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! I got my oil changed here... They got it done I think, but the check engine light was still on. They did a "check up" as part of their policy. The "check up" was they took pictures of things that didn't really need fixing, I paid for it hesitantly. I showed the pictures and the bill to another mechanic and they said I was cheated, they made a bunch of repairs that I didn't need. Honestly most cars will last a long time without getting air filters changed and windshield wipers change easily pop in and out. Air filters cost around 12 dollars and they charged 50 per air filter. This is the closest thing I've ever seen to a legal scam. I wouldn't recommend anyone going here unless you like getting ripped off and squeezed for your money. They act like it's a big deal to th

I had an excellent experience at the Midas in Tupelo! From start to finish, the service was professional, fast, and honest. Zeke went above and beyond to make sure everything was explained clearly and that my vehicle was taken care of the right way. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and truly made the entire process stress-free. It’s refreshing to work with someone who genuinely cares about their customers and stands behind their work. I highly recommend this Midas location and especially Zeke if you’re looking for top-notch service!

My experience that mice was definitely a great experience first walking in the young lady at the customer service was very friendly very respective and great will let me know that they would have great service. My oil technicians were very professional And greeted me with a smile to let me know that my vehicle was in great hands. Also they let me know that anything else that I need to be done they will make sure that I take care of as soon as the vehicle was finished I definitely would recommend going to Midas .

I cannot say enough good things about Midas in Tupelo, Mississippi, especially Jason Weatherford. We had to leave our home during the ice storm because we had no power or water, and our gas heat wasn’t working properly or safely for our two small children (ages 3 and 5). Right before the storm, we had replaced a tire that had wires showing, and that’s when we first learned there were issues with our ball joints. Unfortunately, we didn’t have time to get them fixed before the storm hit. On the way to Tupelo, our vehicle felt so bad we honestly thought the wheel was going to fall off. We were terrified driving on icy roads with bad ball joints and our kids in the car. Very amazing service and so professional and respectful. They did not try to advantage of me and was very straightforward on pricing to fix my issues. Definitely would highly recommend and we will be back to get simple maintenance done for now own they actually take the time to properly diagnose the issues as well not just hurry up get the next one in.
