So I had major car issues that I did not realize I had until I went in for an inspection sticker. It was a Saturday afternoon, so I brought my car to Midas for a second opinion and to see if they could do the work required. From the moment I spoke to him on the phone the manager Rick Molina was great. He was honest and open In regards to what could be the issues once I brought my car to him I was well taken care of. He assured me the work could be done by Tuesday AM. Unfortunately, my car required more work than I expected. He walked me through each problem that required attention and its regards to safety. As soon as I had my 1st conversation with Chris I knew I was in good hands. He had a very trusting and professional way about him. Then I spoke with the manager, Rick, who really knew what he was talking about. Bottom line is that we needed a lot of work on our 2008 Lexus RX. The work was done promptly, professionally and affordably! I now fully trust these guys! Thanks guys for a job well done!!!

I went to the Midas in Auburn for an oil change, but they told me they didn’t have the oil my car needed and couldn’t get it done. I left frustrated, but I decided to call the Midas in Westborough and spoke with Rick. He told me they’d take care of me and he absolutely did. Rick and his team went above and beyond, got me in right away, and made sure everything was handled the right way. I’m truly grateful for their professionalism and customer service.

I brought my car in for a tire alignment and couldn’t be happier with the service. Rick and the team was friendly, professional, and made the whole process easy and overall accommodating! They did a great job, excellent customer service—I’d highly recommend this shop and definitely will be back.

Stopped into the westborough location for an oil change and was greeted with a warm smile and a good morning from the manager Rick and the advisor Chris. After talking with the two of them and them taking my car in to get worked on, Rick mentions they will be doing the oil change for free. YES, I SAID FREE!!!. My car was checked over and nothing was found to be wrong and everything was in good shape. There were no pushy upsells and they sent pics of everything they looked at under the car. Overall a great experience. I got my FREE oil change so hurry on down and get yours too!
