Midas

I recently ran into a jam where I needed the my brake lines flushed. I called Midas in Wilmington and they took me in right away and completed the flush within an hour - while I waited. Their customer service was excellent and the price was very-reasonable. The man working the counter (nick) was extremely nice and knowledgeable. I couldn't imagine a better experience at a car shop. I will definitely be going back for my next repairs and work.

Taken my car because it wouldn't start. They said $1563.00. Couldn't find the problem for 2 days. Then they said my engine. I ask for my car back. They charge me $563 for labor. Come to find out it was my spark plugs. There bums. Don't take your car there.

Midas checked me in and out very quickly. I came in without an appointment, explain everything that was going on and they took me in within five minutes. Rich was very kind, informative and welcoming. Cody did the labor and made sure to communicate what he observed and the solution before moving forward. Great experience

The employees at this shop are very kind and down to earth, I always feel welcomed and listened to. They offer advice and are very knowledgeable. I appreciate them and all they have done from emergencies to routine repair, they've taken care of my little car each time.

I can’t say enough about this location. I had car trouble while coming back from the holidays and ended up breaking down. Rich and Mike went above and beyond to make sure I was safe, gave me the best advice, and thoroughly checked my car. They even stored my car until I was able to get back from Virginia. Their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help truly made a stressful situation so much easier. Highly recommend!
