After confirming a carb in stock on phone by employee and website inventory, I decided to pay their higher prices to get the item quicker for my customer. After 3 weeks of asking a tracking number and being told it would be ‘sent out today,’ now magically it’s backordered How did we go from 13 in stock, being told Yoh see it on the shelf, to waiting so long? Repeated lies, and playing games, meanwhile I look bad to my customers passing on what they said to me. Thankfully my customers got a nice discount and sincere apology, these clowns are too afraid to have any integrity and even attempt to make things right. Lot of honest people in the auto/moto industry, but these people are far from it.

I ordered 2 exhaust systems in under 24 hours. Neither were in stock and wrong prices on website. Rip off.

Just wanted to say thank you to your business. I had a hard time finding an odd sized tire for my motorcycle anywhere online that would ship it to Canada for a reasonable price. Found your eBay store and got it shipped out reasonably fast, even amid all the COVID-19 madness. Much appreciated.

I ordered a Part on amazon from them and when I called them directly to see if I could exchange it for the correct one( I don't care if there is a restocking fee) they said they couldn't because all billing is through amazon! Why would that matter you got the money either way and all I want is the correct part. I ordered the wrong part number, I get that. I know I'll have to pay shipping and fees. Some service they got there........ I'll never do business with this company again. All they do is look out for their pockets.

BUYER BEWARE. I got a bad tire from them. The very first day I mowed with it, it went flat that night. Every time I pumped it up, it would go flat again. I just thought there was a problem with the tire seating on the rim, but then I found the real problem---it had a tiny crack on the tread. Amazon flat out refused the return because I had gone past their return period. Midwest Traction said the tire had been "hit or punctured." Spend a little more money, buy from a place that wants to make you happy and keep your business, not just take your money.
