Millenial towers is the worst towing company I’ve ever had. The driver demanded $120 for a job that literally took less than five minutes. Total price gouging and completely unreasonable. This company clearly takes advantage of customers sent by insurance companies. Avoid at all costs — dishonest, overpriced, and unprofessional. the worst towing experience I’ve ever had. He came to pick us up in the middle of the night when we couldn’t get the lug nuts off of a flat tire to get the spare on, then helped us change the tire so I wouldn’t have to call another tow. 10/10 service.

They did a great job towing our car to the shop. We have an extended warranty company, so it was nice that they were willing to work with them to save me money, only costing $25! With a big family, that means a lot to us. Thank you for taking care of our car and helping our money go farther.

My motorcycle broke down and Luis and Carlos were there within 20 minutes. They made sure I was comfortable and got warm. In the end, I needed a tow and they made sure to take care of my motorcycle when loading/unloading and driving back to my apartment. Would recommend them to anyone and will possibly be calling again to get it moved to my service shop.

If I could give this company NO STARS I would. I called this company to pull my car out of a ditch. The owner says that he is sending out a worker only for all his workers to be in Florida and he contacted another company without my knowledge. I did not find out that he was out of town with his trucks nor that the driver sent was not his worker but a friend of his. The friend took it upon himself to tow my car after I asked him to drop the car and proceeded to charge me. The owner of millennial changed the price on me 3 times after having his friend tow my car to 17. Millennial owner stopped answering my calls and when he did said his friends had my car and it was out of his hands. He stated he would send the needed information to contact the other driver and when asked why he did not tell
