Mister Car Wash

Well first of all I LOVE Mister car wash! I purchased an unlimited plan. So I could go whenever I can. And how often I want to have my suv cleaned. The people are always so friendly. I explained to Lillian and Unique that I had flown in Colorado to stay in Texas for to weeks. So they looked up my account and let me wash my rental suv.🤗😁❤️

It was a really nice experience. They’re very attentive to your needs and they really do a really good job of making sure that you have the best experience when you get there the guy working the check-in was so nice. Not only was he helping customers with choosing the best car wash, but he was also attentive to us after the fact which is really appreciated

Now I know why their customs selected $24 unlimited. Because there is employees stay in non-mbr lance for asking you and watching you select washing style and choose the tip (yes, their automatic car wash also has a tipping process). I know that it's not easy for everyone to make money, especially on a hot day, so we gave a tip and chose $12 basic plus. As a result, we saw the weakness power of the machine during the car washing process. It can't even clean the glass, so dont hope it can remove bird droppings ( you need to drive at least twice to clean it under their weak machine). After processed there was black ink show on our car that was not there before. Then you have to pay extra for towels. I saw some people bring their own towels and even glass cleaner. Mister carwash should rename to Mister disappointment!! Went for a basic wash no extras, they love to upsell, but I wasn't biting. Went through,pulled into the vacuums and ugh this machine can not clean the back or the front of vehicle. No people to make up that shortfall lots of streaks of dirt left on vehicle. Oh, I'm a professional detailer.thought I'd mention that. Folks go elsewhere and fast.

Mason was the best! I was having the craziest morning and he made it all better and totally changed my entire Friday! Thank you Mason and I love this car wash everybody there is always so friendly and welcoming. There's a lot of competition in this area for car washes and this one is by far the best!!
