MJS Cars service department

I bought a car from MJS Auto, I called and talked to the owner Matt and told him we were told that the transfer case needed to be replaced. We bought the car as is and the 30-day warranty would not cover the work that needed to be done. Matt told me to bring the car in and he took the car for a ride with me, and he agreed. When we got back to his shop he said I'll tell you what I'm going to do. I will cover the cost of the labor 100% and will split the price of the parts needed with you 50/50. Wow was the only thing that I could think. He did not have to do that but he did and I am so grateful because we were told the cost of that repair could be between 5,000 and 6,000. We have used this company for the second time now and could not be more pleased. We worked with Matt--he was kind, professional and personable. We attempted to go to a chain repair store and never again!!! This group is the ONLY repair shop we will use from now. The pricing is fair. I never feel as though im being taken advantage of and they explain the work needed in a way that even I can understand. 10/10 service!!!

I like working with Matt. He’s always taken care of my vehicles as quick as can be. I say he does quality work, and is well equipped. If there was a problem that was beyond the scope of this shop, they were able to refer me to different specialists that they’d previously worked with. I plan on continuing to use this location as my primary service shop

They tell you how it is here! Won't charge you for something you don't need. Tells you what is important and what can wait in money tight situations. Great customer service of explaining things as well.

Matt and his crew are amazing. Stopped in for one issue which unveiled other concerns. They promptly took good care of me, were friendly and hospitable, and beyond reasonable. Thank you for helping me!!!! I absolutely will be returning for all further services. Fantastic job!!!
