M&M Towing And Recovery LLC

Mark sold me a car claiming it was in good working order. As I drove home it started smoking and the tire pressure light also came on. Its not a safe car, and I asked for my money back or for him to repair it. He refused and said it was my problem now as he sold it for his nephew. Mark is a dishonest scammer. I'm a single mom, and just spent all my money on a broken jeep. Mark is a loser. Go somewhere else . The sale took place at this address. If you don't want negative reviews don't allow Mark to sell cars at the property. He also said his son lives there , if you don't like the attention, take it up with Mark.

Best towing experience I’ve ever had or heard of. Miguel and Rich were cautious and took their time ensuring no further damage was done when getting my vehicle out of a ditch. I spoke on the phone with Miguel prior, sharing my concerns with further damage being done— he was kind, informative, and honest. When he arrived, he performed his service with meticulous consideration. The vehicle had to be rotated first, given the difficult angle it was lodged in at, and they displayed respect & proper stewardship. In addition to shoveling then brushing off snow before getting in my vehicle, he apologized after if there was still any snow inside. Above and beyond🙌🏼

We had M&M Towing and Recovery come out to pick up our old Silverado as part of a cash-for-clunkers arrangement, and I honestly can't say enough good things about the experience. The man who came out was incredibly kind, professional, and—most of all—honest. He took a look at our truck and, instead of just hauling it away and calling it a day, he told us it was actually in great shape aside from a few frame spots that could be patched. He didn’t pressure us or try to change our minds—just offered genuine advice that saved us from making a decision we would’ve regretted. Thanks to him, we kept our truck and felt 100% better about it. It’s rare to come across a business that puts people ahead of profit, but that’s exactly what this was. If you’re looking for someone trustworthy and real, M&M

These guys were good. Fast and friendly service. Came at the expected time and were very customer friendly.

I called them for a tow to a service station and they were able to come out right away. They were very nice, professional, and honest about rates and services. I called a few places before M&M, but M&M offered the best cost and fastest service. They also were able to get my car started upon arrival and didn’t charge me for the tow service I no longer needed. I would definitely call them first next time I need a tow and recommend them to anyone wanting to work with an honest company.
