Now that I am inder no financial obligations, I can give a review without being threatened. I purchased an SUV from Dan at West College Motors. He sold me a warranty for the vehicle to the amount of $3500. He stated, “The warranty will last an ADDITIONAL 100,00 miles. Anything breaks, it WILL be covered under warranty for a small deductible.” Bought it. First week? Transmission pan. Fixed it with a small deductible. Two weeks later? Head gasket. Fixed, small deductible. Fast forward a couple of months, July, transfer case breaks. $3200. Not covered under warranty for some reason. All my car repairs, Dan did allow me to have a loaner. However, when I realized the warranty was not being honored, and Dan stated it was too bad and we had to suck it up. I made a complaint on West College Motors

Love this place!!!! Dan is amazing, my car engine took a crap out of nowhere. I was worried about financing and no money down. He made it work, stayed within my budget and made this an easy process. The owner Dave is just as amazing and Kyle at the shop down the street great to. I recommend everyone going here.

Dan was super helpful! Patient, not pushy by any means. Explained everything about my warranty so, should I have to use it down the road, there would be no surprises. Also happy they have their own shop so I can go there for oil changes, etc. Very nice experience overall. I’ll definitely be recommending West College Auto Sales to my friends.

We had a great experience with Dan at West College Auto. He is truly family-friendly, honest, and an upstanding guy. There aren’t many small dealerships that stand behind their word the way Dan does, and that really means a lot. The whole process was smooth and stress-free, and we felt confident and comfortable with our purchase. Bought a vehicle from Dan (against my gut feeling, but my credit union recommended them). A few days later (about 40 miles) noticed transmissions fluid all over the vehicle and driveway, and a loud grind when in reverse. Let Dan know and he said they would take care of it, they stand behind their vehicles. Great! A week later I called the shop they brought it too. Was told they had a special tech coming in because they don’t deal with these type of issues and it probably needed a new transmission. I got a call a few days later from Dan saying it was ready to go. Went to pick it up and Dan had no idea why they said it needed a new transmission, but they replaced the CV axle. Asked about the noise from the transmission and he said they couldn’t recreate the problem, but it was good to go. T
