Valley Muffler & Brake

My husband brought my car in and had several issues they fixed it for a reasonable amount and had good communication. A few weeks later the issue came back again parts were under warranty so was fixed for free. Brought it in also for some tire clunking. They fixed the sway links for a reasonable cost. But the check engine light came back on and tire was still clunking. Brought it back in and was upset and frustrated and the owner came in and looked at it and made sure it was fixed and running smoothly and did not charge us. Never had that kind of customer service and commitment to the customers before. It was amazing he did this and to make sure we were happy with the service and would still use them as our mechanics. Very satisfied as a customer and will return and recommend to others.

I dropped my car off at 4:30pm and had a quote by 8:30am the next morning. They had to get a part in but was ready 8am next day. The service was fast and the technician was happy to print out a diagram and explain to me the work done. I would bring my car back here for service!

I took my wife's car to a dealership for exhaust work. They wanted to replace multiple parts and charge close to $5,000. I got a second opinion at Valley Muffler& Brake. They fixed the issue for under $40. They are super knowledgeable and easy to talk to.

Honest review here. Brought my truck in needing some exhaust work to quite it down. Told them I didn't want to put alot of money into it. They respected that and fixed only what was necessary. They gave me a top dollar quote of $351. I agreed to it. While that was being fixed I called about a windshield wipper arm needing to be fixed on the truck and new blades. I asked for pricing and they said they would call me back. They called me to pick it up and told me they forgot to add on a charge and it was going to be $477. I was caught off guard and said I would be by tomorrow to pick it up. I asked about the windshield wipper arm and blades. They told me what the price would be and said they could fit it in if any appointments didn't show up the next day before I came to pick up the truck. I

This place saved me a ton of money, literally thousands of dollars, on fixing my exhaust. Was quoted $2500 for a brand new exhaust. These guys were able to custom bend a pipe for my exhaust, replace it, all under an hour. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for fair and good mechanics.
