I locked my keys in my car this morning and Calvin showed up to help me. He got my door open in 60 seconds. We need more like Calvin in this world.

The very best! I had a dead battery in frigid temps at night, and help was there in about 10 minutes. My vehicle wasn't easy to start. He was extremely knowlegable and did not give up until it was running. I pay for AAA roadside assistance and my call was put on hold for over 40 minutes with no answer. I called Brian's Roadside Assistance, and my call was answered immediately. A dependable service like this is priceless. He seems to truly care about the people he serves. Highly recommend, a good company to have on speed dial in the future.

After a surprise dead battery, this team was quick to help find a new battery and install it directly in my garage. They were flexible and quick to communicate. Honest and fair pricing was the cherry on top. They didn't even ask for this review, I was just impressed with their high level of service.

I called this company to help my daughter out; she is a college student in Minneapolis and had a flat tire at 8pm. My car wouldn't start. Waited over an hour until guy arrived in an unmarked older minivan carrying only jumper cables. When he couldn't get it started, he said they didn't even have tow trucks and I'd have to call another place (and wait again). I'm very surprised my roadside assistance provider uses them.
