ModWash

We went on 2/14/26 to get our car washed because online it was advertised that if we bought one wash we would get 30 days free. We went and paid for the highest wash which was 28$, the attendant was very nice and friendly but he didn’t know anything about that deal going on so we went thru and tried to vacuum the car out, none of the hoses worked. We tried most of the vacuums there and none of them “sucked” also all of the blowers were all tangled together and didn’t work. There used to be a lot attendant on the vacuum side and there was no one there. If we are paying that much to clean our cars, yall need to fix your equipment!

This is by far the worst ModWash I’ve ever been to. The staff is rude and unhelpful, and most of the equipment doesn’t even work. There are no towels available to dry your car, the water stations barely work, many of the vacuums are broken, and the mat cleaner is completely out of service. You’re basically paying just to run your car through the automatic wash and nothing else. For the price they charge, the place is poorly maintained and the experience is extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Just bought the best car wash they had and it didn’t wash all the bugs off the front of my car. On top of that all the vacuums aren’t strong at all or well maintained. The air hoses some are broken and all tangled up. No sprays to clean the car with. I’m never coming back. Luvs is far better

Decided to give this car wash a try since it’s more convenient to me, but that as a mistake. The most expensive wash did essentially nothing, every single hose on the equipment was tangled, the vacuums have zero suction, and there were zero clean cloths and when I asked an employee to get more they acted like I asked them for something out of their realm in their job description. A refund would be nice. There are better options in Hinesville.

When this establishment first came out. It was amazing. Now not even close. Off course was new business. Sometimes I need to pass twice because Something didn't work. Then the in wash blow dryer is not that strong. The vacuum cleaners are always out!! Either low suction or not any at all. And the glass cleaner on the hose smells like something is inside dead. And the air freshener damage two of my vehicles inside. Looks like thr owners had no love for the Car wash anymore. Hope they fixed, until then my 3 cars are already with another car wash here at Hinesville.
