We had a bit of a slow start, but overall I had a good experience and truly appreciate the effort he put in. He is very knowledgeable about cars and mechanics and took his time working through the issues instead of rushing the job. My car is a bit older and has some underlying issues, and he was patient, thorough, and explained what was going on in a way I could understand. He got my car running and made sure things were done correctly. There is still some additional work that needs to be done, but I feel confident in the plan moving forward. Called for service on my dad’s truck - Andrew took the call, listened to my explanation of the issue and had an initial diagnosis right away. He was able to make it out to my dads the same day, diagnosed the issue onsite to confirm, and was able to make the repair.
