These guys here are awesome! Not only do they do good work but they are hospitable and genuine. They worked with me to get my car fixed so it’s not a death trap waiting to happen. On top of that they also helped me get a ride home so I can deal with a personal situation and not stuck at the shop while my car was getting worked on. I hope someone important sees this review and gives those guys a raise or a stiff bonus because they are willing to go above basic customer services and because of that you guys have a walking advertisement!

On the way to Traverse City we had an engine sensor come on. The wonderful gentlemen here took the time to run a diagnostic on the car and let us know what the problem was without charging us. Because the issue was just serviced at another shop we didn't have it repaired there. Thank you for going above and beyond to help us out. You guys are great! ☆☆☆☆☆

Needed to buy a new tire over the weekend and was sooooo happy that they were open Sunday! My appt was firth thing in the morning and I was in and out within 20 mins. So thankful. Everyone was so nice. Will definitely be back.

This is my first time visiting Monro Auto Service and Tire Centers of Bay City. I scheduled an appointment and showed up a few minutes early. The manager (Mike) came out and talked to me right away about my tire that had a slow leak. Within 30 minutes they had my tire patched and I was back on the road. The price was great too, will definitely return for future business.

I would give a 10/10!! These guys go far an beyond! I stopped by with a totally flat tire, at 6:15pm. As soon as I asked for help with the tire, the first try was to get it fixed, but the tech came out and showed me the damaged tire and explained why I needed it to be replaced. They reviewed price and tire quality options and I walked out at 6:50pm with a new tire and was able to drive back home safely! I will definitely return to get all my other 3 tires done, as I have an AWD and I need all changed. They also honor Veterans! We just moved up here from West Michigan, and we definitely have found a car shop we can trust! Thank you Monro Auto Services/KanRock Tire shop...you rock!!!
