This was my first time here, I came for a full synthetic oil change (was well overdue). Ryan, who worked on my car, did a fantastic job of explaining the things he found to be of concern. Paul (manager) and Ryan are both very knowledgeable, personable, professional and friendly. They both are hardworking, efficient and sensitive to the (customer) financial aspect of the job. Will absolutely be back here again and 100% recommend this particular location.

I brought my vehicle to this shop for what should have been a routine front brake replacement. Everything appeared fine until I picked up my vehicle and discovered damage to the driver-side front door. There was a noticeable dent, and the paint had been scratched so deeply that it went all the way down to bare metal. When I returned to the shop and showed the damage to the store managers, I was given two options: either they would paint over the damage using a repair kit (which would not address the dent at all), or I could obtain an estimate from an auto body shop. I followed their instruction and promptly emailed the estimate—only to be ignored for two days. After following up by phone, I was told the issue would be escalated to the district manager. I was disappointed with my service. I went for an inspection and waited for a long time. At one point he left my vehicle with the door wide open and running which was parked out front by the main road and side walk and went inside to help someone else. I did not appreciate that. Then he removed my license plate frame to take a photo of my plates and did not put them back on. He left them on the front seat and proceeded to say- it’s just a Philips screw driver… its winter time… you couldn’t replace them when you were finished? I thought that was rude.
