Awesome and Friendly! I stopped here because I thought I had a leak in my tire or something that was causing my car to wobble on the highway, they pulled it in immediately, put it up and checked it all out. Turned out to just be snow stuck in my wheel wells, the manager didn't charge me and had it cleaned out and said if it's not better we are here all day. Grateful for them being honest, I will go here for any of my cars needs in the future!

Very friendly and personable staff. Arrived late for my appointment and was still taken right in. Technician also advised me of some issues he noticed while doing my oil change. I will definitely use them again.

Steve, the new manager, arrived at work on Christmas eve to be greeted by my truck waiting for him. My truck had the pads fall off the night before and was due to get rotors, pads, and calipers. Steve and one technician worked tirelessly, all day, to get my truck fixed and back on the road. He could have closed shop and just told me “It’s Christmas Eve, corporate says we gotta close”, and I would have to accept it. Instead he stayed and finished my truck. On top of being a skilled mechanic, he has INTEGRITY and is a man of his word. You’re lucky to have him.

I was getting ready to travel from Hanover up to Maine with a car full of heavy items, and my cat. I had been hearing a strange sound from my back passenger tire and the driving felt a little off. I was very nervous to make the trip without having this looked over. When Colin at this Hanover location took a look at my vehicle - he informed me that a discolored patch on my rear passenger tire was actually the steel threads worn through the rubber, and advised me it would be very unsafe for highway travel in its current condition. Colin told me they were running a special on tires, and replaced both rear tires on my vehicle in the same day. He even checked a few other items just to ensure my vehicle would be safe. I bought 4 new tires here and got an oil change and the experience couldnt have been easier. I will be coming back in the future. Staff is also extremely nice and had no problems answering all my questions.
