Great service and was able to fit me in and complete at last minute. Manager was very knowledgeable and helpful. System is working well. My only complaint is the price. It seemed a bit pricey and high. Charged an extra $113 just to replace an $60 air filter. Seems like high mark up for parts etc. This will probably keep me from returning in the future. Replaced heater blower and resister and air filter. Total $1025. Seems very high

If I could give 0 stars I would. I brought my car into the Lockport NY location and I was told everything was damaged and not salvagable. I was quoted 4,453.00 and the man at the counter told me my car was in great shape and the investment would be worth it. Mind you my car is a 2013 equinox with 150,000 miles on it. They looked at for 5 min wired it up after I asked them to and charged me $43.00. On my way out he gave me his card and said if I ever consider selling it he would be very interested. I took it to Muffler Man on Delaware Ave and they said most everything was salvegable and charged me $698.00. Saved me thousands.

I had called Monroe due to me having a flat tire completely to the ground on a ram 1500 I was able to have my truck towed to Monroe. Chris was so helpful to me. He was able to make me aware of all of my options although my tire was not able to be repaired. He was able to Make me aware of the promotion if I were to buy three tires I get one free not to mention this was all done after 3 o'clock on a Saturday. I feel so thankful that I was able to get my truck in and out in the cold temperatures we have in New York. You can't put a price on a piece of mind and I would like to thank Chris for that. Thank you so much now I don't have to play a guessing game if my tire will be flat when I go out for work in the morning. I recommend Monroe 10 out of 10

Probably the worst service I’ve ever had, shame can’t do 0 stars. Had my wife’s brakes changed at Monro in May for ~$700. Ever since they’ve been squealing, really loud constantly. Brought it back several times and they haven’t been able to fix it. They’ve tried cleaning several times and even replaced the pads. Spoke to customer service and they suggested I take it to this Monroe to have the parts replaced. Provided those instructions and case number To the person work in the desk And since I was there figured I’d have my snow tires put on rather than taking it to my normal tire place. Went to pick up my car and they didn’t perform the brake service as requested even though the guy at the counter said the only thing it could be would be Is defective rotors.
