They were very detailed with reviews on my vehicle. Couldn't get an inspected because of my brakes. They were thorough and telling me exactly what needed to be done. And gave me a nice price on an oil change. I would highly recommend them.

Bought tires through Tires Easy on line and took advantage of the "free installation" at their partner Monro Muffler and Brake in Springville, NY. 14141. Appointment was 9:30. Dropped off at 9 a.m. Called at 11:45. Had not started my vehicle yet. Told me another 90 minutes. Then when I got their to pick up, they had installed tires white letters facing in. When I went back to discuss correcting the problem, they told me "Oh well." I would not use this shop. My second bad experience here. Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.

I was there today (11/1425 at 5 PM) for an oil change, and I was amazed at what an amazing and prompt job they did. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes! The manager, a very knowledgeable young man, was even generous and kind enough to tell me how I could get an extra $20 off by scanning a QR code and filling out a short form. (He even offered to help me with it if I needed it.) Great place!!

Tried to schedule an inspection over the phone, they rescheduled me an hour before my appointment, then when I showed up they didn’t have anyone to actually do the inspection. Wasn’t apologetic nor did they try to make it right in anyway. Zero respect of anyone’s time. Zero stars

100% recommend! Everyone was very nice and attentive, they even called to make sure I wanted my tires back in my car. Sometimes going to get work done on my car can be scary as a girl, but these guys were awesome :)
