Highly recommend this place. My last visit I purchased 3 wipers for my car. The nice man helped install them for me. The girl at the front counter made me feel very welcome. I didn't feel intimidated in an auto parts store because I am a woman. I will continue to go here for all my auto needs.

I went in a little lost and confused, and when I asked the staff for help, they appeared happy and willing to help. The prices were a bit high, but at the same time, the staff didn't try to over sell me when I asked for whatever was cheapest. They had everything I needed.

Stopped in today because I needed a new low beam bulb in my car. I first stopped at the other Parts store across from the Walmart gas station. I recently had carpal tunnel surgery and asked if they could help change the bulb if I bought one and got a grunted “we don’t change bulbs”. I decided to try O’Reilly’s and the young man working (I believe his name is Nate) was more than happy to help. Even though it was 4° out and he struggled a bit, he smiled and was polite and happy the whole time. I had never been to O’Reilly before, but he earned you a repeat customer! Thanks for the excellent customer service!
