✨Monster car wash✨ is the best car wash. Everyone here has the best attitude and are so kind. I've been coming here for over 10 years and have only had a complaint 1 time. A couple spots were missed, or not scrubbed hard enough I guess. (White F-150) And when I brought my concern to the manager, she had me come in for a free wash. When I arrived she had the entire crew come out and help. I wasn't sure what to expect. But there was not one once of judgement. Each person helping looked happy to make it right. I'll always come here. Thanks team 😊 you guys are amazing! Keep up the amazing work.

I’ve gone her multiple times with no issue until a few days ago. The entire passenger side of my SUV was covered in grease, I don’t know if there was a leak in the wash itself or the rag that was used but either way, it was bad. I contacted them and asked for a refund. And the only reason I’m giving one star is because the detailer did her best being the middle man before I stopped hearing from them about a refund. They offered me to bring my car back to fix it, after they told me it was tar, it was my fault and was risky saying I was lying. I advised I didn’t trust them with my vehicle anymore and would just like a refund. They’ve since stopped calling me back.

If all you’re looking for is a machine that will collect your money in exchange for a bright red timer, this is the place to go…but if you’re looking to wash your car, you will need to visit some other place…:machines are down….there is a sign saying only thing working is the high pressure wash and foam brush but even those are not working…,good news though, the machine still gladly collects your money. So if you have some you don’t want, you can come here to get rid of it.

Went to the car wash to get my girlfriend's car clean side in line for over 40 minutes because they only have one wash. It did not even do a good job I had to do some detail work as soon as we got out. Would not recommend.

Kind employees and clean car wash! My only issue with the service was that when I was there, the self serve bays were not only having operation issues but I didn’t get offered any refund for the (lack of) service I paid for. I get mechanical issues occur but try giving a refund or offer something else to make up for the inconvenience.
