Easy 1-star rating. I ordered a NEW heater core and tube from moparfactoryparts.com, and they shipped me damaged and unusable parts. I sent an email with pictures, and left a voicemail yesterday and have yet to hear back from anyone. If my order is any indication of their quality control standards, I do not recommend anyone doing business with them. I will update this review as things progress.

I was not sent the part that was ordered. I've sent two return tickets and two emails trying to get the part returned but the company does not reply. I ordered a seat adjustment motor for 2011 Chrysler 200. These are all the same, and were clearly shown in the drawings on the site. The part that arrived is not even close to the correct size. I cannot figure out what car this would go to.

These big companies produce these expensive parts not making them like they use to bec they wanna cut corners to save money and still raise the prices of the parts. I purchased a center cap for my Ram 3500 in which the part was $115 with shipping. The center cap is about the size of my hand for over $100. The older center caps use to have metal clips in which they still hug the lug nut tight after 10 plus years. What did Mopar do???? Stop using the metal clips and went to all plastic that doesn't last not even 5 months. This is the prime example of cutting corners to same money. I haven't had my truck a year and went through 3 center caps already. Called Mopor and of course they don't want to honor these cheap made a** parts but offered to pay for shipping if I ordered a new one. PEOPLE ST

Received the part ordered, but forced to pay a hefty core charge and even though I promptly returned the core they refused to refund the core charge. Do yourself a favor and if you’re going to order from them pay with PayPal so you can open a dispute when they try to screw you over.

Wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered. I have been trying to contact the company through email, chat, and phone for 2 weeks with no success. No one answers or responds. Received the wrong part, and no way to even return it to them!!!! Need my correct part.
