Moscow Towing

Absolutely best towing company in the Whitman county area! Truck broke down last night at 11:39pm, and I was scrambling to find a tow truck. Called these guys and had a truck on route within 20 minutes! Out of all the places I searched for they were number 1. Customer service is perfect, and you don’t get a grouchy guy “doing his job”. Would recommend to anyone that is in need of towing whether it’s late at night or during the day!

Moscow towing is the best towing service I've ever used. I called them and they were very prompt and showed up when they said they would. They were very professional and handled everything in a manner that made me feel comfortable and safe. I would definitely suggest using Moscow towing again in the future. I definitely will!

One of the worst towing companies I've had to work with. Took 4 extra hours to get my car towed 1.1 miles to downtown Moscow. In total with waiting it took 6 hours. They'll charge you $500 to tow one mile, and then when you want an itemized bill to send to your insurance they'll say oh that'll take 5 to 10 days to email it to you. That seems ridiculous. I requested an itemized bill on October 13th and its now November 3rd and I still haven't been sent one. I've called intermittently and its about a 20% chance I get through to an actual person. It seems like the company is just ran by one guy, because thats the only person I've talked to. I talked to him today, he said to call back at 430 to talk to a manager. When I called at 430 no one picked up. I called for 30 minutes straight. Please g

Called this past Friday around 11am. Said they could be there within the hour. Said it would just under $400 to tow 5 miles. I said I’d call around. The guy on the phone said they could do $250. I, hindsight is 20/20, gave him my card information. Yeah, don’t do that people. I thought this was price was fine because the last time I had something towed was about a decade ago and had it brought 50-ish miles. Roughly 2.5 hours later I called to cancel it because I got tired of waiting. I had called another company and they showed up in less than 20 minutes. I only paid $108! Through my own googling and talking to people I know (should have done this first) I found out Moscow towing has still charged people and never showed up. This company has terrible customer service, long wait times, and outrageous and very high prices. I had a horrible experience with them and will be telling everyone I can not to use this company. They took 8 hours to get to the tow after they said it would be 1.5 hours and when they finally arrived, they didn't have the right kind of tow truck despite the pictures that were sent of the accident. They ended up sending another company to complete the job. They wanted over 500$ to go less than 5 miles. They did a "manager discount" when I asked why it was so much and lowered it to 380$ plus tax and fees. Communication was poor and I am still waiting for an itemized receipt. I will never use this company and will advise others to steer clear as well.
