He drove 37 miles after work to diagnose our customers truck—doing so in the dark—and still took the time to thoroughly identify the issue. Tyrell was able to pinpoint the problem and point our customer in the right direction to get his truck properly fixed. Professional, dedicated, and truly cares about doing right by the customer. Excellent Care from Moscow Transmission. Tyrell was comprehensive in the way he serviced my truck, knowledgeable and was willing to go the extra mile to take care of me, I had an old truck with a part that was no longer available. He searched far and wide to get the right part for us and when he couldn't find it available he did his best to make the truck in good shape and running well again. He was honest, straightforward. I am very thankful that Moscow Transmission was a place that I could trust and I definitely recommend their services.

Took in my 03 Tacoma about an issue I was having when driving at highway speeds. They took it out and had an answer for me within an hour. They told me they couldn't do anything to it because it ended up not being a transmission issue (thank God), and gave me some advice on how to fix it myself and recommended some other mechanics who could help. Incredibly nice and honest guys. They also charged me less than normal for the diagnosis. If I have any issues with a transmission in the future this is where I'll be going.
