I personally believe this should be 0 stars but I can only do 1. Bought a brand new 2024 Zx-6R from them 2 years ago. After 3 months and 2900 miles the motor blew. It was sitting there from June 2024 to November 2024 with little to no communication. Never got calls back or updates. I alway had to call and ask about my bike. Finally got the bike back, rode it for a couple of months then the motor blew again in June of 2025. I wasn’t even made aware they were rebuild g the motor until Saturday(2/7/2026). Then on (2/10/2026) I went to pick up the bike. I was told I had to buy a new battery because they let mine die. Then the mechanic took half an hour to put it in because he was working on something else and couldn’t be bothered to drop it. After I finally left a got 0.5 miles away from the

Finally got my first bike! Everybody at Motorcycle Mall of Monmouth was extremely helpful from getting the best quote to being introduced to workers from services and parts. Jeff helped my finalize my sale and got me a good price for a brand new Z500. Let’s just say I’m absolutely loving the new experience!

Just bought a new dual sport bike here. Entirely positive experience. The sales person, Jeff, was friendly, informative and did not pressure me at all. Indeed, he showed me a couple of other bikes to consider before I went with my original choice. Jeff made a point of introducing me to others at the store, including the parts and service people. The finance person, Drew, was also great to deal and super fast getting the paperwork done with no pressure to add extras at all. A great overall experience.

I just bought my second Can-Am Outlander from this dealership and couldn’t be happier! This was the best experience I have ever had when purchasing a new vehicle! I currently own eight vehicles (cars, trucks, & ATVS), so I am well aware and used to working with a variety of salespeople & dealerships. I drove from Bucks County, PA with my father who was also impressed by how nice and professional the staff was. I worked with Nick in sales who was very nice, knowledgeable, and professional during the whole process. From the initial phone call I made, I was confident that this purchase would go smoothly. He helped me throughout the purchasing process and assisted in making it an enjoyable experience. He walked me through everything and made sure I understood how the machine operates.

Great shop! Stopped by for oil and filters — everything in stock, found quickly, super polite service with no upselling. Fair prices and really nice vibe. 5/5, highly recommend!
