Mr Muffler Inc

My son and buddy attempted to do a muffler delete on his car. I spoke to Josh and he told me to come in and got to the car right away. He suggested the options and pricing for a personal decision. Needless to say, the car looks and sounds great. My son was ecstatic and said that is exactly what he wanted but didn't think it could be done. Great work done in this place. The shop is impressively clean and there is no pressure presented and the people working there were absolute professionals! Thanks, Josh!!

My wife just went to this shop oct 29th, 2025. She drives a 2016 jeep wrangler sport 4door. This snake told my wife she had $1500 in exhaust work and he would need to cut a section out and replace it. Then proceed to tell her that she had a duel exhaust and if she didn't want any further damage she would have to pay $4000 for a full replace. Fist off, this vehicle does not have duel exhaust and even if it did it wouldn't be 4k. Not even close! Secondly the problem with her exhaust was a broken exhaust bolt. Screw this company and the snake that owns it. If you got work from this guy id go have it checked.

NE Ohio weather…salt, grime and even ex-wives beating on the car from time to time. Eventually the combined took its toll and my tailpipe fell off. Called a local mechanic and he’s said, we can’t do that but he sent me here, to Mr. Muffler. I thought “you can’t get a better endorsement than from another local shop”!! I came in. Professional garage was evident upon entry. Owner/operator, Josh, gave me a fair assessment on the situation and despite the complexity of my specific need, he affirmed in the positive that he could complete the job. An hour later and with a final out the door price that was more than fair, I had a new tailpipe and a sweet humming 4Runner that I would say is even better than before. Now if only he could fix the ex… Thanks Josh and crew!

When it comes to integrity and quality service for your automotive exhaust needs — Mr. Muffler in Painesville, OH is where you need to go if you are in the Northeast OH area. I took my jeep gladiator rubicon there today for suspected exhaust leak. After thorough check, it was revealed that there was no leak. In addition, I was not charged for the inspection. I was also impressed with the exemplary customer service from John.

The crew at Mr. Muffler does amazing work at more than far prices. Josh refuses! to provide nothing less than top tier quality work. I refer all my friends and family directly to them.
