Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers

I had an excellent experience at Mr. Tire in Avon, thanks to Will. I needed to have my brakes done, and had called around to several different places. From our first conversation - start to finish, Will provided outstanding customer service. He was knowledgeable, honest and took the time to clearly explain what was needed and why, without any pressure or upselling. Will made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It's refreshing to deal with someone who truly cares about doing right by the customer. Because of him, I feel confident in choosing Mr. Tire for future service. I highly recommend this location - and definitely ask for Will!

It was an emergency and I was 12 hours away from home. I was desperately looking for a reliable auto service to fix my flat tire quickly. It was around new year and all other shops (Costco, Sam’s, Toyota) were apparently busy and did not prioritize my walk-in. However, Mr. Tire did not disappoint. They understood my concern and quickly fixed my car. An almost terrible day turned into a great one- thanks to their willingness and service!

If I could give zero stars I would. I brought my car in with a slow leak on my back tire. Guy told me I had a screw in my tire and I needed to replace all 4 tires! I asked if he can just remove the screw and fill the hole. He said no because the screw was on the side of the tire and not on the tread. I refused to have my car serviced there and took it to the dealership from which I purchased my car. Turns out, there was NO SCREW IN MY TIRE!! He lied and tried to get me to purchase 4 new tires! Unbelievable!! Never going there again and I will tell everyone about this scam he tried on me! Btw, my dealership fixed it for free. There was build up of salt in the rim, they cleaned it up and made sure the tire was sealed properly.

They didn't seem welcoming, there was no conversation or even an attempt at an upsale(which shocked me) they seemed as though they weren't used to people of color coming in or they just didnt want us there, the service was fast and it seems good so far. Will I go back? Nope, ill stick with spending my money with places that at least act like they want my business.

Made an appointment at 11am to have new tires installed on my car they finished installing the tires around 230pm. When I questioned the timing the manager seemed like he couldn’t care less. I informed him I needed to pick up my kids and his response was “he is working on it”. Not a sorry for the inconvenience or anything thing like that. When I asked how much longer he told me another hour (5 hours to change tires?!). I could see my car through the window, sitting on the lift with no one near it. I would not recommend this place.
