Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers

I thought giving Mr. tire another shot at another location would do me some good, but it did the complete opposite. I already have issues with the Rosedale location because even for a simple oil change some thing else happens. This was my first and last time at the Essex location. I went in for a wheel alignment and oil change last week. After a few days, my car started to make a weird noise especially when I started to accelerate. By the end of this week, I had no oil in my car because it had leaked out all over the driveway. When I tried to drive it, my car would lock up. I called Mr. tire to rectify the situation, but I had to push for each item. I had to push for a tow truck to be brought because I was not trusting the fact that putting oil in the car would help to drive it to that loc

I pulled into Mr. Tire this morning with a wave of frustration washing over me—my back tire was flat, and I was already running behind for work. One more setback, I thought, on a morning that couldn’t afford any delays. A gentleman came out, checked the tire, and showed me the problem: a nail lodged deep in the rubber. I called my job to let them know I’d be a little late, already feeling the stress of falling behind. He told me it would take about fifteen minutes but assured me he’d work as quickly as he could. I just moved around Essex and I came this place bc was close to my house I had the light on on the dashboard a problem with the front right tire they said they would patch the tire, they took more than an hour, when they supposedly solved it and I was already driving now I turned on the light of the left rear tire and also the engine light. Annoyed I went back to the place to solve it and they told me that everything was fine but clearly the problem was still there, they told me that they don’t know how to turn off that sensor they even implied that two weeks ago someone had touched the engine and that it was not their fault, but it wasn’t like that I also asked about the repair of the brakes, they gave me a price that seemed a bit high to me, in the place I met a men that we were talking

I had the pleasure in getting exceptional service even without an appointment. The site manager was amazing with great sense of humor and integrity. I definitely highly recommend this location because of their great customer service, they go far and beyond the expectation.

Will was fantastic today at Mr. Tire! His team replaced my rear tires and changed my oil. They were speedy, efficient and wasn’t too expensive at all. I would highly recommend!
