Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers

I had a flat tire and called to see their hours as it was the first of January and I assumed store hours were different. They were open from 9-5 and I arrived at 9:38am. I walked in to no one at the desk and 3 employees ( photos attached) eating and playing on their phones. 5mins goes by and no one walks out. I knocked on the glass and one employee walked out and said their manager was out and he would be worth the me soon. 10mins goes by and the desk employee comes in with food that I assume he left to go pickup. I told him what I needed and he found my order from 6 months ago when I bought the tires and said he could get it replaced. I then asked him why I had to wait to be greeted and he said he's the only person to help customers and the others aren't trained to run the system. I then

DO NOT ALLOW THESE PEOPLE TO DO ANYTHING TO YOUR VEHICLE!!!!!!! This place claims on 9/4/25 they didn't do the tire rotation that I paid for on 8/28/25 but they placed on the receipt that they did the service. My tire came off car WHILE I WAS DRIVING IT on 9/3/25. Thank GOD I'm ALIVE to tell the story. Spoke with Aaron Burgess, mgr, He states that they didn't do the rotation but placed it on my receipt and his supervisor Keon stated that what's on receipt is automated. Received a callback stating they are sending a tow truck to access the situation. Got back to Mr Tire recorded all interaction with these people because trust and integrity and integrity took a quick flight overseas. Stated they were going to fix and have my car drivable and I will have to get an estimate for the body damag

Excellent Service! Alex signed me was very polite and knowledgeable. Quickly my SUV was taken in for tire inspection. Very short wait. A tire was 7 lbs low. Great news no repair needed the value stem was leaking. The technician tightened it no charge! 5 star service!

Great experience at this location. Quality service, fair price, and work was completed quickly. There was no doubt that Keyon was the manager. He handled phones, walk-ins, and computer issues so smoothly, it was as if the business were his own. I am thankful to find them and certainly will be back.

My experience was great! The gentleman that helped me (I think was the manager) got to my car quick and completed the work efficiently. However, it took an extended time clearly due to low staffing. They were really busy and appeared to only have like 1 or 2 guys in the garage, not including the manager who was also working on cars, answering phones, picking up parts, and checking in/out customers. And at 5 pm, the staff left for the day, and the manager was left to finish my car and 2 other cars (customers). He still put in quality work, which is why I am giving 4 stars. Only reason I can't give 5 stars is because I feel the district manager needs to help the manager get more help at that location. Thank you, to the Manager, that assisted me!
