Bought four brand new tires and a wheel alignment guy told me to come Tuesday cause mechanic would be there longer appt was at 345 but asked could I come early guy said it was one person in front of me cool. Guy leaves after an hour my car was bought in and no nobody else was there but me, so I go walk around do a little shopping in the area come back just to be waiting another 2 hours when I was told the whole job should take an hour and a half . Then the guy comes and tells me I don’t need a wheel alignment he had to fix a bow or something so I asked about a refund the the attitude that guy gave me was worse than a woman.Thank god I asked the guy if they had to order my tires or were they already in because he was just gonna give me a wheel alignment even tho my prepaid receipt shows fo

Had an unrepairable flat and needed a new tire. Ended up doing the buy three get one free deal since I had already been thinking about getting new tires anyway. Glad I did. My ride feels a whole lot smoother. The price was much better than I expected it to be which is why I went for the four instead of one. They were able to get me in right away thank goodness. The staff/team was GREAT!! Everyone was polite, pleasant, and very respectable. Means a lot to us of the older generation. This was my first visit and I was very pleased. Would recommend. What a great group of people working here! Had a tire blowout on the highway and called here for an appointment and they got me in right away. The young lady at the front counter was pleasant and courteous, and the two techs got right on my tires and got me on my way very quickly. Highly recommend this location for tire repair and replacement.

Had my car serviced 5/15/25 at maple heights location. according to paperwork fluids were topped off, they were not. Had this happen at a Chevy dealer as well. Don’t say you did something when you didn’t.

I made a 7:30 am appointment to have new tires that I already purchased online installed. I dropped my vehicle off at 7:30 am, the person that opened the shop, and checked me in along with myself were the only ones there. Also all the bays were empty. I live close by so at 10:30(on my way to the store) I rode by the shop to see my car still in the same spot where I parked it earlier. On my way back home at 11:45 I saw my vehicle was still outside, same spot. At this point all bays had cars in them even though I was the first customer of the day. I took my keyfob and ended up taking my vehicle to Conrads up the street. This Mr Tire has done work for me before, but I won't be back.
