Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers

Very overpriced. Got an oil change and alignment done. Oil was overfilled, when I left the shop my alignment felt fine but my steering wheel was not straight. Came back to get it fixed and the hospitality experienced earlier in my service was completely gone. Then they told me that my uca nut was loose and almost backed out (not sure why they told me that, it was untrue?,) and then I was on my way. They also charge double what other shops charge, and incentivise good reviews on the business with $20 of your money back (offered to my spouse after an oil change of hers.) By far the worst experience ive had with a tire shop. Will NOT be coming back

I stopped by Mr. Tire in New Bern after dealing with a flat and a bubbled tire on my AWD. The team there was awesome — they were transparent on price, walked me through every tire option without pressure, and even called other Mr. Tire locations to help verify my warranty. They got me a full fix at a fair price, finished the job quickly, and made sure everything was safe before I left. Can’t say enough good things about how professional, transparent, and down-to-earth everyone was. Highly recommend this shop — they genuinely care about their customers. I don't live locally but had a blowout while in the area. Got to the shop about an hour before closing and explained that I needed to get tires mounted and be back home that evening. They didn't have the exact tires that were on the car but offered a set of similar tires. They were knowledgeable and willing to help. Fantastic experience!

Very satisfied after my water pump went out on a Saturday morning and they were able to get me taken care of same day. I have a 150+ mile commute and since I didn't have to get my wife to come and pick me up they were a life saver! I've already been back for an oil change since then. Thanks!
