Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers

I had scheduled an appointment for a state inspection and on the way, my "oil change" alert came on. Marvin was able to include that in my service as well even though they were busy, short-staffed, and they didn't have to. I greatly appreciate it! There were some fixes that I needed to do to pass my inspection and he worked with me and gave me a great deal on my new tires. The technician wasn't 100% sure if he fully tightened the bolt on my oil pan after I left, so I returned and he checked for me, just to make sure that I was safe. The Staunton Mr. Tire has been my go to for years and this is why. Respect, Care, and Pride for their work and their customers.

Service was friendly nothing was done without permission however i feel like things have changed and not for the best. I went in for an oil change and some general repairs. Got a Wiper replacement but they didn't replace my rear wiper asked to check on my squealing belt they said they couldn't find the source yet it still squeals on start and in the cold. My maintenance required light is still on after my oil change. Used to be that there was an effort to help customers if they couldnt fix it they wouldn't charge a cent even to look at it but it seems like the focus has shifted to be about the money everything that was looked at, changed, or repaired was charged and itemized. Not sure if i’ll be back i understand this is a business and they need to make money but it was the little things

I’ve been going here for five years. These are good guys and they do good work. The store is a little disorganized and they are short staffed a lot of the time, but they have been good to me. Brandon did some minor touchup work for me today and it looks beautiful. It took way longer amount of time than quoted, but he did me a solid and has helped me before with tires that were faulty so I’m going to continue to support these guys

Had made an appointment for State inspection and oil change. 11/29/25 at 1:00 pm. Was told there was no appointment scheduled. He said if the 1:00 pm appointment doesn’t show he will try and squeeze me in. I am the 1:00 pm appointment. Made me feel like I was lying about my appointment. Have been going there for 20 years, never a problem. Now this. As you can see I did have an appointment.

Went in to get an inspection. Failed because of my front lower ball joints. They said they could get it done for $1300. I told them I can get it done somewhere else because that’s a bit pricey. They were trying to charge me $480 for the parts when the parts cost me $120 at the store. I know they’re in business to make money but to charge 3 times what the product is worth and $800 for labor Is wild. I’m getting them put on, alignment, they are installing my new headlights as well and the parts for $620 at a local shop. Don’t pay for what they are asking, go out and find somewhere else that can save you money.
