Mr. Transmission

Service Manager Marc (Sudbury location) provided excellent customer service. After purchasing a vehicle with a damaged transmission. Mr. Transmission immediately stepped in and dealt with the auto dealer on my behalf. I highly recommend this location for fluid servicing or transmission repairs Marc and the team at Mr. Transmission are very knowledgeable and a credit to the industry Thanks again

I had taken my Jeep 3 years ago, great experience. 5 stars. I deleted that review. I would give zero if i could! They sent my transmission to Denver, then put back in. The worst is the mechanic destroyed my ABS sensors, all my dashboard lights up, my 4 wheel drive is non functional! Cody, said " rear differential," WRONG! I paid over $3,000, does not even shift easily like it used to. I took Jeep to my regular mechanic, he said no, not what Cody wrote down. Way worse! I am a local, do not go to Mr Transmission!

Amazing service! I've had to have a couple of different things done with my car and I have not been disappointed. They guys here always make sure that everything is golden before letting me back on the road. They are always nice to work with and I will definitely continue to bring my vehicles to mr. transmission! Thank you!

Based on my experience with the Glenwood Springs Colorado shop this would be the LAST place I would ever take my vehicle for service. A ZERO would be a high score for their work. My daughter took her Jeep Cherokee there for a replacement transmission and it took them 428 days to get it back to her. Over that time she actually drove the vehicle for 13 days. The rest of the time, it was in their shop with numerous issues and excuses for as to why it was not repaired and back to her. There is no customer service standard at this facility. Corporate Customer Service is also useless for problem solving. Do yourself a favor and skip this place, find ANYONE else to fix your transmission. You will be glad you did.

UPDATE: Below ⬇️ this update was a true travesty. But with this new update I will say that Corporate got involved. But the TRUE hero of the story is Cody. A tech that because of his dedication and honesty I hear is now the new manager of the shop. He’s a game changer. We lost SO much without our work truck. But not only did he bust his butt getting us back on track, he communicated diligently, and worked with insurance like a champ to make sure we got the best situation possible. We are Cody fans all the way and can now confidently give a 5 star because of him. I encourage others to edit their reviews to help him and his staff get the opportunity to ride high where they deserve. My ONLY rub is that the owner never called us, apologized, or took any type of responsibility to us for wha
